What we build for Glasgow businesses

Ten services, all quoted individually. Most Glasgow businesses start with one and add the next only when the first has paid for itself.

Who we work with

Glasgow is full of businesses that are excellent at the job and drowning in the phone. These are the ones we know best:

The Glasgow problem: calls that ring out

BT research has found that up to 85% of callers who cannot get through will not call back. They do not leave a voicemail, and they do not try again — they phone the next business on the search results page. In a city with as many garages, salons and trades as Glasgow, that next business is usually minutes away.

Work the numbers for your own business instead of ours. If you miss five calls a week, and your average job is worth £60:

  • Five calls a week is about twenty lost enquiries a month.
  • Twenty enquiries at £60 is £1,200 a month — over £14,000 a year.
  • You do not need all of them back. One job a week covers the cost of the fix many times over.

That is why the phone is usually where we start. It is the shortest line between a Glasgow business and a Glasgow customer, and it is the one that is most often unguarded.

How it works with your own number

Your customers keep calling the same number they always have. What changes is what happens when you cannot pick up:

  • The AI answers, introduces itself honestly, answers the questions callers ask before they will book — prices, availability, what you do — and books the job or the callback straight into your availability.
  • You still get your calls. You set the rules: anything that needs you is transferred, and anything you would rather handle yourself rings through to you as normal.
  • Nothing is lost. Messages arrive as transcripts with the number attached, by email or WhatsApp, the moment the call ends.
  • Missed calls come back. If a call still rings out, you get an instant alert and the caller gets a text-back offering a way through — plus the one list most businesses never have: every missed call, with the number, the time, and how many times they tried.

Hear it before you decide: the voice demo answers a real call, and the automation demo shows what happens to a booking after it is taken.

Areas we cover

We work from Glasgow and set everything up remotely, so distance is not a barrier. Most of our work is for businesses in and around:

  • Glasgow city centre
  • West End & Partick
  • Southside & Shawlands
  • East End & Dennistoun
  • Paisley
  • Clydebank
  • Bearsden & Milngavie
  • East Kilbride
  • Motherwell & Hamilton
  • Airdrie & Coatbridge

Further afield in Scotland? Ask — the setup is the same wherever you are.

What it costs

Quoted for your business

Every business is different, so each service is priced individually and you get the figure before anything starts. The assessment that tells you what is actually worth fixing is free — a written report by email, no call needed.

Early Glasgow businesses can lock in founding-partner pricing — your rate never increases, even as our prices rise for new customers. Ask when you enquire. Anything with AI running live has a monthly running cost from month two covering usage, monitoring and updates, and you will know that number before it starts.

Getting started

Three steps, and the first one costs nothing:

  1. Get the free visibility assessment. Give us your website and business name; we look at the site, your socials and your Google presence and email you a written report of what is costing you customers — usually within the hour.
  2. Pick what is worth fixing. The report lists it in order. Some businesses fix the phone first, some the Google presence, some nothing at all yet.
  3. We build it and you watch the numbers. Each build is quoted before it starts, and the continuous assessment keeps an eye on it afterwards.

Frequently asked questions

Do you only work with Glasgow businesses?

Glasgow is home, and most of what we build is for Glasgow and Greater Glasgow businesses — the city centre, West End, Southside and East End, plus Paisley, Clydebank, Bearsden, Milngavie, East Kilbride, Motherwell and Hamilton. Everything is set up remotely, so a business elsewhere in Scotland is welcome too.

What does an AI automation agency actually do?

We find the work that is costing you customers and time — calls that ring out, enquiries nobody answers at 9pm, invoices chased by hand, admin that eats an evening — and put something in place that handles it. Sometimes that is an AI receptionist, sometimes a website chatbot, sometimes an automation nobody sees. We tell you which, and what it costs, before anything starts.

Do I have to buy AI to work with you?

No. Several of our services are not AI at all — Google Business Profile setup, GDPR and privacy fixes, invoice automation and the assessments themselves. The free assessment tells you what is worth fixing first; if plain admin work is the answer, that is what we will say.

Will an AI receptionist work with a Glasgow accent?

Yes. Modern voice models handle Scottish callers well, and you hear a sample of your own agent answering before anything goes live. If it does not sound right for your customers, we change it — or leave it.

How quickly can something be running?

The free assessment is a written report by email within the hour. Anything we then build is quoted per business and scheduled in order, so you get a start date before you commit — not an open-ended project.

What does it cost?

Every business is different, so each service is priced individually and you get the figure before anything starts. Early Glasgow businesses can lock in founding-partner pricing, which never increases even when our prices rise for new customers.

Is my data handled properly?

Yes. We are registered with the ICO and work to UK GDPR: privacy pages, cookie consent, and for automated systems a clear explanation of what is automated and how a person can be reached. There is a service that fixes this for businesses that are not compliant yet.
