Some work has no honest price until we have talked about it. This is where it lives — and it is priced after a call with Mr Need, not before.

Everything off the menu goes here: AI set up inside your operation with your team, an assistant built around how you already work, or something nobody else is doing. Custom builds are priced only after you have booked a call with Mr Need — we talk through what you actually need, then quote it. Quoting blind means either over-charging you or under-delivering.

What sits under Custom

• AI Implementation — AI set up inside your business, with your team, hands-on. You leave with it working rather than with notes.
• An AI assistant built for you — shaped around your actual process, not a generic chat window.
• Bespoke work — integrations, automations and one-offs priced to the job.
• A CRM — one place for every enquiry, quote and customer, instead of a notebook and a phone full of messages.
• Document signing — quotes, contracts and forms signed by email or on the phone. No printing, no scanning, no chasing paper.
• Workflows — the joins between your tools. A new enquiry creates the quote, the quote becomes the job, the job becomes the invoice, and nobody retypes it.

How the pricing works

The three monthly products have public prices on the card — you do not need to speak to anyone to buy Fiona, Local Visibility or the Content Engine.

Custom is different. Custom is priced after a call with Mr Need. You book a time, we talk through the job properly, and you get a number at the end of that conversation. That call is free and there is no obligation to go ahead afterwards.

If what you need is not on the menu, we book a call and quote it afterwards. That quote is based on what you tell us in the call, which is why it is a real number and not a range designed to keep you on the phone.

Why we do not publish a Custom price

Because published numbers for custom work are fiction. A business that needs one assistant answering one inbox and a business that needs AI wired into three systems are not the same job. Pretending otherwise means revising the quote later, which is worse for you than one conversation now.

It is also why the call matters. Half of what makes a custom build expensive or cheap is discovered in the conversation — not in a form, and not in a report.
