What it is
Continuous Assessment + Implementation is the monthly cycle that follows a build. Every month we re-assess your business — the same visibility checks from the assessment, plus a look at what's changed — and implement whatever is newly found.
It exists because the internet does not stand still. A fix that works in September can be undone in October by a plugin update, a stale Google listing, a competitor who starts outranking you, or an AI assistant that starts describing your business wrong. The monthly cycle catches those while they're still cheap to fix.
How it helps your business
- Problems get caught early, when they're small. A broken booking link found in week one costs one customer; found in month six, it has cost dozens.
- You stay ahead of competitors and AI. What worked last year isn't what works this year — the monthly check keeps you current.
- No manufactured work. Quiet months are quiet. You're paying for the check and the coverage, not a quota of tasks.
What it costs
Monthly, no long-term contract. Includes the monthly re-assessment and implementation of whatever's newly found.
Usually follows Full Assessment + Implementation, but it can also watch over work another supplier built.
Frequently asked questions
What happens each month?
We re-run the visibility checks, look at what's changed on your site and in your market, and implement whatever's newly found — the same finding-and-fixing loop as the one-off build, but ongoing.
What if nothing new is found?
Some months are quiet. The monthly fee covers the monitoring and the check, not a quota of invented work — we don't manufacture fixes to look busy.
Can I cancel?
Yes. No long-term contracts — that's a standing ScotReach rule. Cancel with notice and the cycle stops.
Is this a retainer for a fixed set of tasks?
No. A retainer buys you hours whether you need them or not. This buys an outcome: a business that gets checked every month and fixed when something new breaks.
Who is this for?
Businesses that have already had fixes built — by us or someone else — and want to keep them working. It's the difference between a fix that works on day one and a business that stays fixed.
