What it is
The Comprehensive Business Assessment is the paid, human version of the free check. It starts with the same visibility audit, then adds a 90-minute call with someone who has done this for other Glasgow businesses.
On the call we map your client journey end to end: how someone hears about you, how they contact you, what happens next, and where that chain breaks. Most businesses lose customers in the gaps — the enquiry that sits in an inbox, the call that rings out, the quote that never gets chased.
You finish with a written report containing a ranked action list: what is costing you the most, what the quick wins are, and what each fix roughly costs. You are not buying a pitch — you are buying a map of the leaks.
How it helps your business
- You stop guessing. The report ranks the leaks by how much they cost you, so the first fix is the one that pays for itself.
- Quick wins first. Some findings are fixed in an afternoon; the report separates those from the bigger builds.
- One honest conversation. You'll hear what's working too — not everything is broken, and the report says what to leave alone.
What it costs

Frequently asked questions
What happens in the 90-minute call?
We walk through how a customer actually finds, contacts and buys from your business — and where that journey leaks. You should have the business owner (or whoever answers the phone) on the call, because the leaks are usually in the day-to-day.
Do I get a written report?
Yes. After the call you get a full written report with a ranked action list: what to fix first, what the quick wins are, and roughly what each fix costs.
How quickly do I get it?
The call is booked within a few days of enquiry, and the written report follows within a few working days of the call.
Is the £485 taken off implementation if I go ahead?
The report is yours either way. If you later ask us to build the fixes, the build is quoted separately for your business — nothing is assumed, and the assessment findings feed straight into that quote.
Who is this for?
Businesses that know something is leaking but can't see where — usually the ones getting enquiries that never turn into booked work. If you're not sure whether you need it, start with the free visibility assessment.
Want it done properly?
